In 1971, Carl and Agnes Boyd opened the doors of Boyd’s Kinsman Home with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a loving, family-style home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What began as a dream for their son Dale has grown into a close-knit community where residents find dignity, belonging, and purpose.
